Scientific interests: Late Pre-Roman Iron Age, Roman Iron Age and the Migration Period, the Barbaric society in the Late Pre-Roman Iron Age, Roman Iron Age and the Migration Period in the Baltic Sea basin, the settlements of Oksywska Culture and Wielbark Culture, latenization of the shores of the Baltic Sea, the decline of the Oksywie Culture and the beginnings of the Wielbark Culture, history of archeology, archival archaeology
Experience
University teacher, author and co-author of several books, dozens of articles on topics ranging from Pre-Roman Period to Migration Period, participation in dozens of national and international conferences, co-editor of the journal „Gdańskie Studia Archeologiczne” and lately editor of the book „ Kamienica Szlachecka, the cemetery of the Wielbark culture in the Kashubian Lake District”. Head of archaeological research in the cemeteries of Pre-Roman Iron Age, Roman Iron Age and the Migration Period in Pomerania: Wyczechowo, Kartuzy district, Brzyno, Puck district, Babi Dół-Borcz, Kartuzy district.
