Porta Aurea

The Institute of Art History of the University of Gdańsk has been publishing annually the “Porta Aurea” journal since 1992. It is created for readers interested in the history of art and architecture. Its themes are focused on the artistic issues of the broadly defined Baltic region. The art of Gdańsk, and more broadly, the area of the Tricity (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia), the Pomerania region, northern Germany, the Baltic countries and Scandinavia constitute the core interest of each volume.

The current score of the “Porta Aurea” journal, according to the list of scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences published by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, is 40 points.
